Adem\u00e1s de sentir como trabajas tu cuerpo, me encanta que dura tan solo <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"d1vmu-0-4\">20 minutos<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"d1vmu-0-5\">, ideal para esos d\u00edas en los que tienes poco tiempo. Es excelente para el postparto, porque la electroestimulaci\u00f3n ayuda a tu piel a regresar a su lugar. Por eso el Bootcamp de Commando Studio es una de mis clases favoritas.<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6tikc-0-3\"> En menos de una hora <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6tikc-0-4\">combinas cardio con fuerza y resistencia,<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6tikc-0-5\"> en un modelo de 2 circuitos de 10-12 minutos que se repiten dos veces cada uno.<\/span><\/div>\n<div
